Preston Nomads Cricket club is well established and playing in the Premier Sussex league. The club's home, at Fulking, West Sussex has two pitches, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

A substantial bequest has been left for the development by its founder and this has been partially used to construct a new clubhouse to replace the existing one.

The design of the new building is based on Sussex barn vernacular:- flint/brick quoining walls, steep pitched clay tile roofs.

The blocks are orientated to serve both pitches. The clubroom block has large glazed viewing areas, balcony serving north pitch covered terrace to south pitch and contains bar kitchen committee room and office accommodation.

The entrance link serves clubroom and changing blocks and is also players' access to both pitches.
