Renowned Osteopath Gerry Carter has opened a new clinic on Upper North Street, Brighton. Gerry came to Felce & Guy when the building was unoccupiable, and commissioned us to provide full architectural services for the creation of a shop unit and treatment room, with alterations of the rest of the building to create a 3 bedroom living unit.

Working with Gerry, we were able to help realise his vision for the building, including securing the necessary planning and listed building consents.

Gerry has reported a strong upturn in business in his new "shopfront" location, and the project received the 2008 conservation award from the Montpelier and Clifton Hill Association.
