Located on the site of an existing single storey  property in Palmeira Square Hove, Felce and Guy were commissioned by the buildings owner to design a new mixed use building incorporating 7 flats and 2 retail units. Each of the 2 bedroom flats will benefit from views across Palmeira Square and the single penthouse flat will have unequalled views along Church Road.

Planning permission was obtained and followed close working with the local authority planners and conservation officers.
