Our client approached us having been refused planning permission for a house on a narrow vacant plot. Both local planners and estate agents had advised neighbours that they were of the opinion that the site would never receive planning permission, over the years there have been a number of applications and appeals that all ended with a refusal. We worked with the client and local planners to achieve a contemporary scheme which was successful on appeal, being described by the inspector as ” a well designed scheme....a building that would add some visual interest, whilst fitting well into its context”.

We are currently working on the Building Regulation application and hope to be onsite shortly.
