This Sure Start Children’s Centre commissioned by WSCC is situated on one of the playgrounds of Bishop Tufnell CE Schools near Bognor Regis. Due to complications with land ownership, the brief required that the building be able to be resited elsewhere if required in the future. A prefabricated modular building was therefore selected. The building is clad in timber, punctuated by panels surrounding circular aluminium windows. Doors and windows are also powder-coated aluminium. The buggy park is beech laminate roofed with polycarbonate. A white tensile roof canopy protects the central courtyard.
